They are informational tools intended to help prioritize operational improvements and do not guarantee specific financial results or revenue increases.

• All registration and contact information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You have the legal capacity and authority to act on behalf of your business entity.
• You will not use our Services for any illegal, unauthorized, or abusive purpose.

5. Client Agreements & Engagements

Specific terms governing ongoing implementation, managed front-office assistants, retainers, or dedicated consulting are outlined in individual client service agreements executed directly with The BridgeWorks Firm, LLC. In the event of any conflict between these website Terms and an executed client agreement, the executed agreement controls.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will The BridgeWorks Firm, LLC, its members, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or diagnostic tools.
