The short version

We collect only the information we need to do business with you — your name, email, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business. We don't sell it, we don't share it with marketers, and we don't use it for anything you didn't ask for.

What we collect

When you book a call: Your name, email, phone, and any details you provide about your business.
When you download the free guide: Your name and email so we can send you the guide and follow-up sequence.
When you use the Discovery Tools: No personal data is collected — the tools run in your browser and the numbers stay with you.
When you browse our site: Standard analytics like which pages are visited and general location. We don't track individuals across the web.
When you become a client: Whatever information you share with us so we can build and run your system — including customer data you provide for your loyalty workflows.

How we use it

To communicate with you about calls, projects, and follow-ups.
To send you the free guide and email sequence you requested.
To build and operate the systems you hire us to build.
To improve our services and understand what content is helpful.

We do not use your personal information to build profiles, sell to third parties, or train AI models.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from us or from a system we built for a client, here's what you should know:

We only send messages you've consented to receive.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Replying HELP will give you support contact information.
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
We process opt-out requests promptly and do not message you again after you opt out.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the tools and services needed to do our work — for example, the scheduling platform that handles booking, the email platform that sends your guide, and the CRM that manages client relationships. These providers have their own privacy policies and are contractually obligated to protect your data.

We will never sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

How we protect it

We use industry-standard security practices: encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud storage, and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we have a relationship with you, and a reasonable period after — to handle follow-ups, comply with legal obligations, or respond to inquiries. If you ask us to delete your data, we'll remove it from our active systems within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep it.

Your rights

Access: You can ask what data we have about you.
Correct: You can ask us to fix inaccurate information.
Delete: You can ask us to delete your data (with legal exceptions).
Opt out: You can unsubscribe from emails at any time (link in every email) and stop texts by replying STOP.
Portability: You can ask for a copy of your data in a usable format.

Children's privacy

Our services are for businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a minor has given us information, let us know and we'll remove it.
