The Planning Session — BridgeWorks Way
The Planning Session

Your Edition, open on the table.

Screen by screen, with you telling me what's wrong with it.

It's already built. That's the strange part — there's nothing to wait for and nothing to approve. We open the Edition for your trade, go through it together, and you say what's right, what's wrong, and what would never work on your place. Then you choose: run it as it is, or have it made yours.

You've had your Briefing. This is the next one.
What it isn't
  • ·A second sales call
  • ·A negotiation about price
  • ·A meeting where I show you a deck
  • ·Anything you have to prepare for
What it is
  • Your Edition, open, on the screen
  • You, reacting to it out loud
  • Me, writing every word of it down
  • Free — it comes out of your five hours
What happens

We open it, and you take it apart

Nothing here is a mystery. The Edition exists, it runs on a real place, and by the end of this you'll know exactly which version of it is going to be yours.

1
We open your Edition
The one built for your trade — every page, every campaign, every follow-up email. Not a mock-up and not a slide. The actual thing, running.
2
You go through it, out loud
Screen by screen. What's right. What's wrong. What sounds like someone else's place. What would never work in your season, with your customers, at your place. The stronger your opinions, the better this goes.
3
I write all of it down
Every change, in your words — not my summary of your words. This is the same discipline as the Briefing: what you actually said is what gets built.
4
You pick your door
Run it as it is and we switch it on this week — or have it made yours, and I rebuild it around everything we just captured. You don't have to decide before the call. That's what the call is for.
What to bring

Your objections. All of them.

There’s nothing to fill in this time — Your Visual Thinking Guide did its job at the Briefing.

Bring this instead

The list of everything that's wrong with it

The photograph that isn't your place. The word you'd never say. The email that arrives in the wrong month because your season isn't their season. Every one of those is a thing I can fix — but only if you say it while I'm listening. The people who get the most out of this are the ones who arrive ready to disagree.

The choice at the end

Two doors, and no wrong one

You already know the numbers — they were on the page before you booked the Briefing, and they haven't changed. Nothing in this call is a negotiation.

Door one · As it is
The Edition, with your logo
$197/mo
Already built, already tested, already running on a real place. We put your name on it and switch it on — you're live this week.
Door two · Made yours
Your Edition
+$997 once
Everything in Door One, then rebuilt around every single thing you said in this call. Your voice, your photographs, your season. Not a template with your name on it.

Most people arrive certain they want one door and leave having chosen the other. That's exactly what the hour is for.

Book it

Pick a time, and bring your opinions

By video, so we can share a screen — that's the one thing this call actually needs. If nothing here works, say so and we'll find something that does.

Already know which door you want? Book anyway — if it's Door One, we switch it on at the end of the call.

Let's open it up and see what you'd change.

The Planning Session is free. Bring your opinions — the stronger the better.
